Yao out with sore foot
Houston Rockets center Yao Ming will sit out Wednesday's game against the Dallas Mavericks with a sore left foot. The team said Yao is being held out "for precautionary reasons" after leaving Monday's game at Oklahoma City with an apparent left ankle injury. Yao underwent tests on Tuesday that revealed no structural damage. Yao broke his left foot last February and missed the final 26 games of the regular season.
