Miller averaged 16.3 points and 6.5 assists as a starter for the Philadelphia 76ers last season. Miller joins point guards Steve Blake and Jerryd Bayless for the Blazers. Blake started last season, averaging 11 points, five assists and 2.5 rebounds. Miller, 33, went to the Sixers in 2006 in a midseason trade with the Denver Nuggets that involved Allen Iverson.
