Love sets consecutive double-double mark (AP)

Minnesota Timberwolves  Kevin Love grabs a first half rebound away from Indiana Pacers Solomon Jones during their NBA game. Love  broke an NBA record of 52 straight games with double figures in rebounds and points.

Kevin Love recorded his 52nd double-double in a row to surpass Moses Malone for the longest such streak since the ABA and NBA merged in 1976 in the Minnesota Timberwolves' 101-75 over the free-falling Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. Love overcame a bruised left knee to put up 16 points and 21 rebounds in just 27 minutes to help the Timberwolves win for just the 16th time this season.

Danny Granger scored a season-high 37 points for the Indiana Pacers, who used a strong third quarter to pull away from the Sacramento Kings, in a 107-98 victory Tuesday night. The victory was the fourth in five games for the Pacers, who began their four-game road trip by beating the Lakers on Sunday night.

Josh Smith had 25 points, eight rebounds and seven blocks to help the Atlanta Hawks beat the Indiana Pacers 102-92 on Tuesday night. Mike Bibby scored 16 points and Al Horford added 15 for the Hawks, who won their second straight after a four-game losing streak. Danny Granger scored 22 points for the Pacers.

The Indiana Pacers have suspended forward Solomon Jones for one game because of conduct detrimental to the team. The Pacers provided no additional details Monday explaining why Jones was suspended. Spokeswoman Krissy Myers said the Pacers would have no comment beyond a two-sentence news release issued by the team Jones will miss Tuesday night's game in Los Angeles against the Lakers.

Danny Granger scored 22 points, Roy Hibbert tied a career high with 19 and the Indiana Pacers dropped the New Jersey Nets to 0-11 with a 91-83 victory Tuesday night. Dahntay Jones added 17 points for the Pacers, who extended their winning streak to five and can continue their turnaround from an 0-3 start Wednesday when they host another struggling team, the New York Knicks.

Danny Granger scored 29 points and Dahntay Jones added a season-high 25, helping the Pacers defeat the Boston Celtics 113-104 on Saturday night. Granger was 6 of 9 on 3-pointers, had six rebounds and four assists after promising Wednesday night that the Pacers (4-3) would win their fourth straight. Boston (8-3) was led by Ray Allen, who had a season-high 24 but lost its second straight.

Vince Carter scored 21 points and the Orlando Magic remained unbeaten in the preseason with a 117-87 victory over the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. The Magic (7-0) play Atlanta on Friday night, hoping to finish off the first undefeated exhibition season in franchise history. Marcin Gortat added 15 points and Brandon Bass had 14 for the Magic.

Rookie Taj Gibson had 19 points and nine rebounds to help the Chicago Bulls beat the Indiana Pacers 104-95 on Friday night in the preseason opener for both teams. Derrick Rose added 17 points, and Luol Deng and John Salmons had 15 each for the Bulls. Danny Granger led the Pacers with 27 points in 26 minutes.

Devin Harris is feeling better. Just ask the Atlanta Hawks. Harris scored 33 points, Vince Carter had 29 and the New Jersey Nets beat Atlanta 119-107 on Saturday night, completing a sweep of the two-day, home-and-home series.
