Heat center Jermaine O'Neal was helped off the court in the first quarter Friday night against Milwaukee after hyperextending his right knee. O'Neal's return is questionable. He was called for traveling with 5:20 left in the quarter and while Bucks center Primoz Brezec was nearby, the two didn't appear to make contact.

The 7-foot-1 Brezec has played in 321 games with 214 starts in seven NBA seasons with Indiana, Charlotte, Detroit and Toronto. He has averaged 7.6 points and 4.1 rebounds.
