Wes Johnson scored 19 points to back Kevin Love's 29 points and 16 rebounds in the Minnesota Timberwolves' 106-94 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday night. Johnson went 3 of 4 on 3-pointers and Luke Ridnour added 22 points for the Timberwolves (22-20), who moved into the eighth spot in the Western Conference playoff race.

Samuel Dalembert had 26 points and 17 rebounds and Marcus Thornton added 23 points to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 127-95 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday. Miles scored a career-high 40 points and cemented his new starting role as the Utah Jazz cruised to a 119-104 victory Wednesday night over the Minnesota Timberwolves, giving Ty Corbin his first back-to-back wins as coach. The game was almost a complete reversal of Friday night's matchup, when the Timberwolves made their first 11 shots en route to a 121-101 rout in Minnesota.

Eric Gordon scored a season-high 36 points, Blake Griffin added 22 points and 10 rebounds and the Los Angeles Clippers handed the Minnesota Timberwolves their sixth straight loss with a 113-90 victory Monday night. Coming off their first back-to-back victories on the same road trip since Feb. 6-7, 2009, the Clippers snapped a three-game home losing streak.

Webster was dizzy and felt sick before Portland's loss to Houston on Thursday night, leading the team to send him to the hospital. The Trail Blazers say additional tests Friday revealed the irregular heartbeat and Webster will see the team's cardiologist early next week. The 21-year-old is averaging 10.7 points in 75 games.

Martell Webster had a career-high 26 points, 24 in the third quarter alone, and the Portland Trail Blazers got their revenge against Utah by beating the Jazz 103-89 on Saturday night. Earlier this week, the Jazz snapped a 13-game Portland winning streak with a 111-101 victory in Salt Lake City. The Blazers, who led by as many as 20 points, have won three straight since the streak-stopping loss.

Martell Webster and Jarrett Jack each scored 20 points, and the Portland Trail Blazers earned their first victory of the season by beating the previously undefeated New Orleans Hornets 93-90 on Wednesday night.
