Kevin Love followed up his 51-point game with 30 points and 21 rebounds to lead the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 117-100 victory over the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. Luke Ridnour had 25 points and six assists, and Wayne Ellington added 17 points for the Timberwolves, who are trying to stay relevant in the Western Conference playoff race.

Rashard Lewis scored 22 points against his former team Tuesday night, and the Orlando Magic beat Seattle 103-76, handing the SuperSonics their league-worst eighth straight loss. The SuperSonics have not won since April 7 of last season, when Lewis was still on their side and went for 35 points against the Utah Jazz.

Tracy McGrady scored 30 points, and the Houston Rockets beat the Seattle SuperSonics 117-94 Saturday night to spoil Kevin Durant's home debut. McGrady, entering his 11th NBA season, was 10-of-20 from the floor and made all nine free throws. McGrady, who did not play the final 17 minutes, had seen limited time during the preseason because of a sore knee.

Seattle guard Luke Ridnour broke his nose in the SuperSonics' preseason opener and will have to wear a mask for at least the next month. Ridnour caught an elbow from Sacramento's Ron Artest midway through the first quarter Tuesday night. Ridnour was examined in Sacramento, but underwent additional tests Wednesday back in Seattle. A CT scan revealed a non-displaced fracture of the nasal bone.
