Dismissal of suit in Palace brawl upheld (AP)
The Michigan Court of Appeals has refused to revive a lawsuit by a Palace of Auburn Hills employee against two Indiana Pacers players over her injuries in a 2004 brawl. The court released a decision Wednesday upholding an Oakland County judge's decision to throw out the case against then-Pacers players Jermaine O'Neal and David Harrison and the team itself.

Pacers suspend Harrison after outburst
The Indiana Pacers have suspended center David Harrison for one game for conduct detrimental to the team. The Pacers gave no reason for the suspension, but the announcement Friday comes a day after Harrison was involved in a confrontation late in a game against San Antonio. Harrison was called for a technical as he yelled at an official after being hit in the face by Spurs forward Matt Bonner. Pacers coach Jim O'Brien pulled Harrison from the game, but he was later escorted to the locker room.

Mike Dunleavy matched his career high with 36 points, Kareem Rush added 23 and the Indiana Pacers beat the Toronto Raptors 122-111 on Friday night. Troy Murphy scored 18 and Stephen Graham had 16 as the Pacers won for just the second time in their past seven games. Toronto lost forward Chris Bosh late in the first quarter to a sore right knee.

Granger's 32 help Pacers end 5-game skid (AP)

Danny Granger bounced back from one of the worst games of his career with one of his best. The third-year forward tied a career high with 32 points and the Indiana Pacers beat the Atlanta Hawks 113-91 on Friday night to snap a five-game losing streak. Granger, who tied his career best points total on a dunk late in the fourth quarter, shot 10-for-15 from the field and had nine rebounds.

Pacers G Tinsley sidelined again (AP)
Indiana Pacers point guard Jamaal Tinsley missed his third straight game when he sat out Wednesday night against the Memphis Grizzlies with a sore left hamstring. Tinsley last played on Dec. 28 against Detroit. He is averaging 13.8 points and ranks fifth in the NBA in assists at 8.7 per game. Indiana center David Harrison also sat out, with a sore back.
