AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) Reserve Ben Gordon scored 19 points, including the go-ahead basket, to help the Detroit Pistons beat the Toronto Raptors 76-73 on Sunday night.

Greg Monroe had 22 points and 11 rebounds, and the Detroit Pistons beat the depleted Orlando Magic 102-95 on Tuesday night. The Magic were without starters Dwight Howard, Jameer Nelson and Ryan Anderson because of injuries. Ben Gordon added 18 points for the Pistons. Jason Maxiell and Tayshaun Prince had 15 each, and Jonas Jerebko contributed 13.

He was replaced in the starting lineup against Portland by Rodney Stuckey, who missed Friday night's loss to Memphis with a groin injury.

Forget the NBA record, the Cavaliers are officially as bad as any team in any pro sport. Cleveland's losing streak reached 26, matching the 1976-77 Tampa Bay Buccaneers' record for consecutive incompetence on Wednesday night with a 103-94 loss to the Detroit Pistons, who were supposedly a beatable opponent for the bottom-dwelling Cavs.

Carlos Boozer had 31 points and 11 rebounds, and Derrick Rose added 23 points and a career-high 12 rebounds to help the Chicago Bulls beat the Detroit Pistons 95-92 in overtime Sunday night. Rose also had eight assists. Tayshaun Prince led Detroit with 17 points. Detroit sent the game to overtime when Charlie Villanueva tipped home a missed shot with 0.6 seconds left.

Josh Smith had 22 points and 11 rebounds as the Hawks (5-0) remained the only unbeaten team in the Eastern Conference. Ben Gordon had 22 points but it wasn't enough for Detroit.

Detroit Pistons guard Ben Gordon has undergone successful surgery to remove bone spurs from his left ankle. The team said Wednesday that Gordon's ankle will be placed in a cast for three weeks and rehabilitation will begin immediately following its removal. The procedure was performed at St. Joseph's Mercy Hospital in the Detroit suburb of Pontiac.

After holding 14 of their last 15 opponents under 100 points, the Atlanta Hawks expected a low-scoring game against Chicago. When that plan failed, the Hawks seemed to enjoy a rare opportunity to change their style. The Bulls, with nothing to play for in the season's final weeks, came back from 17 points down in the second half to snap a six-game road losing streak.

Drew Gooden tied a season high with 24 points, Ben Gordon added 19, and the Chicago Bulls beat Utah 108-96 on Tuesday night to snap the Jazz's five-game winning streak. Bulls forward Luol Deng is expected to miss one to three weeks because of his recurring left Achilles' tendinitis, and leading scorer Ben Gordon sat out Wednesday night against the Indiana Pacers due to a sprained right wrist. Gordon, averaging 19.6 points, hurt himself Monday during a 104-90 loss at Memphis. "X-rays were taken (on Gordon), and from what I understand, they were negative," interim coach Jim Boylan said. "It's just can he get it loose enough so he can play.

Hedo Turkoglu made plenty of bad decisions on Monday, but it still didn't scare Stan Van Gundy enough to take the ball from his hands at the end of the game. Tony Parker scored 28 points and the San Antonio Spurs easily beat Chicago 94-79 Wednesday night in the Bulls' first game since firing coach Scott Skiles. Michael Finley added 15 points for San Antonio and Tim Duncan had 11 rebounds. Joe Smith had 19 points and 11 rebounds, and Ben Gordon added 18 points for the Bulls, who have dropped four of their last five.

Ben Gordon scored 34 points, Luol Deng added 29, and the Chicago Bulls beat the Charlotte Bobcats 111-95 on Saturday night to win consecutive games for the first time this season. Ben Wallace grabbed 19 rebounds and added 10 points for the Bulls, who shot 54 percent from the field. The Bobcats have dropped five straight after an impressive start.

Luol Deng scored 22 points, Ben Gordon added 21, and the Chicago Bulls snapped their four-game losing streak with a 90-78 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night. The Bulls desperately needed the win after a 1-5 trip left them with the worst record in the Eastern Conference, and it came against a team they've dominated in recent seasons.
