Ben Gordon added 20 points for the Bulls, who won for just the second time in six games behind their third-highest scoring game of the season.

Emeka Okafor scored 21 points and had 16 rebounds and Gerald Wallace added 21 points to help the Charlotte Bobcats beat the injury-depleted Chicago Bulls 90-77 on Friday night. Chicago played without its top two scorers, Ben Gordon (wrist) and Luol Deng (Achilles' tendinitis). The Bobcats used a 15-4 run late in the fourth quarter to pull away.

Bulls forward Luol Deng is expected to miss one to three weeks because of his recurring left Achilles' tendinitis, and leading scorer Ben Gordon sat out Wednesday night against the Indiana Pacers due to a sprained right wrist. Gordon, averaging 19.6 points, hurt himself Monday during a 104-90 loss at Memphis. "X-rays were taken (on Gordon), and from what I understand, they were negative," interim coach Jim Boylan said. Baron Davis matched a career high with 40 points, hitting six 3-pointers Friday night, and the Golden State Warriors used a strong finish to beat the Chicago Bulls 119-111. Hedo Turkoglu made plenty of bad decisions on Monday, but it still didn't scare Stan Van Gundy enough to take the ball from his hands at the end of the game. Turkoglu hit a fadeaway jumper with seven-tenths of a second left in overtime, and the Orlando Magic beat the Chicago Bulls 112-110.
